Did You Land a Job Thanks to KA?
KA was filled with many fun memories, and served as the foundation for great friendships that have lasted well beyond graduation. But we know that the KA connections have likely led to great job opportunities too. Did you land a job thanks to a career network formed at KA? Share your story on the message board.
Also, if you’re looking for a new job or looking to hire, the KA brotherhood is a great place to network. You can share your details on the message board, and hopefully find your next career path or great employee.
"Fortunate to be a KA"
Thank you to F. Lee Cook ’62 for submitting the following...
My years as an active KA (1957-62) were great and the many truly supportive brothers were a significant factor in “getting me out” and encouraging me to go back to graduate school (M.S., A.M. 1964; PhD, MA 1957). I have many wonderful memories of my years living in the House and being with my brothers. I have been fortunate enough to see many of them over the years at various reunions and homecomings. Without the “escape” from work and the support KA gave me, I have serious doubts that I would have survived Tech.

Remembering the 1946 Wreck Parade
A special thanks goes out to John D. Plaxco (initiated in '43) for sending along this great picture of KA wreck that won first place in the 1946 Wreck Parade competition. Glen Henderson was the pilot. The 1946 Homecoming game was against the Navy--very interesting as the KA house was across the street from the Naval Armory back in 1946.
